Our Overnight Team Members play an important role in getting the Co-op ready to welcome customers each day! Working across departments, they support food preparation and packaging, stocking, special projects, cleaning, and overall store readiness.

Required Schedule: 

• Sunday through Wednesday, 9p-7:30a
• Tentative start date of 11/8/2026

Our Overnight Staff receive:

• 10% SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL for every hour worked during shifts that include 12am-4am
• 10 hour shifts, 4 day work week

• Ability to stand for 8 or more hours
• Self-motivated, organized, responsible, flexible
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, bend, knee, squat, twist, reach throughout the shift
• Regular, predictable attendance
• Willingness and ability to grow to meet the changing requirements of the job
• Weekend, evening and some holidays availability
