Night Auditor (Part-Time) at Resort
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part-Time Night Auditor, providing essential support during the overnight hours at our resort. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a vibrant environment while ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction during the late-night shift. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to cover Saturday and Sunday nights from 11 PM to 7 AM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform nightly audit procedures to ensure accurate financial and operational records
- Check in and check out guests efficiently while providing excellent customer service
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Balance accounts and prepare reports for management review
- Monitor security and safety protocols throughout the overnight shift
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or accounting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software
- Flexibility to work overnight hours, specifically Saturdays and Sundays from 11 PM to 7 AM
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional hospitality training is a plus
