Your Role in Home Health

As an Occupational Therapist (OT) with VRNS, you'll provide skilled occupational therapy services directly in patients' homes, helping individuals improve functional abilities, overcome daily challenges, and achieve greater independence through personalized treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and functional assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled interventions to improve strength, coordination, and functional performance
• Address activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs)
• Evaluate home safety and recommend adaptive equipment and modifications
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
