Job Type: Part-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM 

Duration: January 2027 through May 2027 

US Traffic Control is hiring Part-Time Flaggers in the Athens, GA area. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule and is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and helping maintain safety in roadway work zones. 

 Responsibilities 

• Direct traffic safely through construction and maintenance work zones. 

• Communicate effectively with motorists, pedestrians, and crew members. 

• Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices as needed. 

• Follow all company and customer safety procedures. 

• Remain alert to changing traffic patterns and work site conditions. 

• Perform other duties related to traffic control operations.

 Qualifications 

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Previous flagging or construction experience is a plus but not required. 

Requirements 

• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check. 

• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen. 

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
