What You'll Do:

• Provide quality occupational therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Help residents improve independence with daily living activities and functional mobility.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies.

What We're Looking For:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Michigan OTA license or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for helping others achieve their highest level of independence.
