Celtic Property Management, LLC is seeking an experienced, reliable, and motivated Multi-Site Maintenance Technician to support our Chandler Gardens and Colonia Del Rey apartment communities in Chandler, Arizona.

We are looking for a skilled maintenance professional who takes pride in their workmanship, understands the importance of resident satisfaction, and can efficiently manage maintenance responsibilities across two properties.

This is a hands-on position requiring previous multifamily apartment maintenance experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance repairs at both Chandler Gardens and Colonia Del Rey.
• Complete resident work orders accurately, professionally, and within established timelines.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including completing apartment turns and make-readies.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, doors, locks, and other building components.
• Perform painting, minor carpentry, and general property repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to identify and address potential issues.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well-maintained buildings, common areas, and grounds.
• Coordinate daily priorities with property management and maintenance leadership.
• Support occupancy goals by ensuring apartments are move-in ready by scheduled deadlines.
• Maintain accurate work-order documentation and communicate the status of repairs.
• Follow company policies, OSHA safety standards, and established maintenance procedures.
• Participate in scheduled on-call rotations and respond to maintenance emergencies as required.
• Travel between both assigned communities as operational needs require.

 Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on multifamily apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
• Experience completing apartment turns and make-readies.
• Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues and work independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize service requests across multiple properties.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license when required for assigned duties.
• Ability to perform essential physical job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Availability to participate in emergency on-call rotations.

EPA Section 608 certification is strongly preferred. Appropriate certification is required for work involving regulated refrigerants.
