$83,220–$91,540 Base Salary + Performance Bonus + Shareholder Opportunity

Honey Bucket is hiring a hands-on Area Manager to lead out of our Waco location as they join our newly established Dallas/Irving team and support those locations as well. You’ll bring the teams together, strengthen daily operations, and help shape how we grow—with the backing of Northwest Cascade, an established company with more than 700 employees.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Route Supervisors, drivers, and field teams 
• Manage daily operations, routing, and service delivery 
• Drive performance in safety, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction 
• Coach employees, hold accountability, and improve team performance 
• Partner with sales to support growth and retention 
• Ensure DOT, OSHA, and company compliance standards 

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years leadership experience in operations, logistics, construction, or field service 
• Experience managing drivers, laborers, or field teams 
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills 
• Experience with routing/dispatch systems preferred 
• Willing to work in the field (ride-alongs, job sites, outdoor environments) 
• Must obtain DOT Medical Card and do pre-employment drug screen
• Must attend Honey Bucket University in Conroe, TX or Puyallup, WA

Pay & Benefits

• $83,220 – $91,540 base salary DOE
• Performance bonus tied to results 
• Shareholder opportunity after 1 fiscal year in qualifying leadership role
