BLOX is revolutionizing the construction industry by integrating advanced manufacturing principles with innovative technology to deliver high-quality, modular building solutions. We are driven by a mission to rethink how buildings are designed, fabricated, and delivered, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.
Position Summary
BLOX is seeking a proactive, adaptable HR Coordinator to support our People team as we scale rapidly across a fast-growing manufacturing and construction environment. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, the HR Coordinator provides broad, frontline HR support across the organization, from onboarding and payroll processing to day-to-day employee relations, helping the entire team keep pace as BLOX grows.
This is a role built for someone who thrives in an environment that is actively being created rather than one with every process already defined. The HR Coordinator works directly with a frontline manufacturing and field workforce, requiring the ability to engage confidently and professionally with strong, direct personalities across all levels of the organization.
