CES is seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team in Hodgkins, IL. The Warehouse Associate will support daily warehouse operations, including general order picking, receiving, stocking, inventory organization, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This position requires experience operating forklifts and reach trucks, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring warehouse operations are completed safely and efficiently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse order picking and accurately pull products based on customer orders.
• Operate forklifts and reach trucks to move, load, unload, and organize inventory.
• Receive, unload, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
• Verify incoming products against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment or delivery.
• Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles as needed.
• Stock and organize warehouse inventory in designated locations.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Ensure products are properly labeled, stored, and handled.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect inventory.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse operating guidelines.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience required.
• Current forklift certification required.
• Current reach truck certification required.
• Experience with general warehouse order picking required.
• Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
