Are you a compassionate nursing leader who believes great care starts with great teamwork? Lucy Corr is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to help lead our nursing team, support our staff, and ensure our residents receive exceptional, person-centered care.

In this dynamic leadership role, you’ll oversee resident care, partner with families, mentor and develop staff, and promote a positive environment where residents and employees can thrive. Flexibility is essential, as this position provides leadership coverage across multiple nursing units, including stepping in for other Unit Managers during their absences. You’ll help maintain consistent care standards, support daily operations, and ensure our residents are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion—wherever your leadership is needed.

 What We’re Looking For

• Current, unrestricted Virginia RN license in good standing
• Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited nursing program
• 3–5 years of progressive supervisory or management experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, clinical judgment, and team-building skills
• Adaptability and a team-first mindset, with the ability to lead across multiple nursing units
