The Regional Account Specialist is responsible for managing and growing relationships with commercial and enterprise-level clients across a designated territory. This role supports the sales team by providing quoting assistance, coordinating orders, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle. The ideal candidate will have experience in fencing, building materials, or construction-related industries and a strong understanding of account management and pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for regional commercial accounts, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Prepare and manage quotes for fencing products and services, including custom gate fabrication and large-scale orders.
• Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to source current costs and availability.
• Track job awards, lost opportunities, and customer feedback to improve service and pricing strategies.
• Maintain CRM records, customer profiles, and order history.
• Support regional sales reps with data, reporting, and customer insights.
• Advocate for customer needs internally and ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery coordination.
• Assist with product education and technical support for clients as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in account management, sales support, or customer service—preferably in fencing, building materials, or construction.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in quoting tools, Excel, and CRM systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
