Full-time Security Guard (Monday - Friday)

Job Summary for Security Guard

The Security Guard oversees site security operations to protect employees, customers, assets, and facilities while supporting a safe and controlled environment during auction operations. This role manages security coverage, policies, and incident response protocols across auction property, including vehicle lots, buildings, and sale-day operations.

Work Hours for Security Guard

• Monday - Friday 
• 9am - 5pm 

Responsibilities for Security Guard

• Monitor facility access and maintain site security.
• Patrol the property to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
• Investigate and document security incidents.
• Work with law enforcement and emergency responders as needed.
• Maintain security logs and reports.
• Assist with crowd control, traffic flow, and security during auction events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements for Security Guard

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
• Security, loss prevention, law enforcement, military, or related experience preferred.

Physical Requirements for Security Guard

• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to respond quickly to incidents in an active work environment.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
