Job Description
The Director of Property Services is a senior-level, cross-functional role connecting Condominium Management, Project Management, and maintenance services. The position identifies property needs, facilitates communication, supports proactive maintenance and capital planning, and develops appropriate service opportunities. It also provides on-site field support to BRIGS’ L2 small-property management division, which is administered by a remote property manager, and directly manages a limited condominium portfolio.
This is a liaison and field-services role, not a supervisory position over Condominium Management, Project Management, or the L2 remote manager.
Condominium Management retains responsibility for association management and Board relationships outside the Director’s assigned portfolio. Project Management retains responsibility for capital-project oversight and execution. The L2 remote manager retains responsibility for the daily administration and communications of L2 properties. The Director facilitates inspections, planning, coordination, and referrals; the role does not replace existing department heads.
The overall objective is to improve property conditions and client value by connecting on-site observations with sound financial planning, efficient remote management, and appropriate BRIGS maintenance and project services.
Our goal is simple, we want to make the lives of our residents better through communication and accessibility to property information while enhancing the value of their assets. We are driven by a desire to improve upon the traditional management model in a way that has never been done before. If you are someone that embraces change and wants to be creative in your approach to providing a quality product, while overseeing or working with an incredible group of people this role is for you.
We are a group of hard-working self-motivated individuals working in a non-stifling environment. In short, we do not micro-manage. Our name is our core values and that is how we operate.
B: is for Balance between work and life.
R: is for respect. We do not tolerate disrespect internally or externally.
I: is for innovation. We love new ideas and technologies.
G: Is for Growth. If you are ready join us and help us grow as we help you grow professionally and personally.
S: Sustainability: We plan to be around for a long time but also work to ensure the environment will be as well.
