Staccato Ranch Vegas is a 550-acre private shooting club and training facility in Pahrump, Nevada, about an hour from the Las Vegas Strip. We serve private members, corporate groups and government and agency clients, with membership capped at 1,000.
The Armorer keeps every firearm on property running the way a Staccato should. You will maintain our range and experience fleet, support members with service on their own firearms, and keep our FFL records clean and audit-ready. When a gun goes down on the line, you're the person who gets it back in action.
What you'll do
Fleet maintenance• Inspect, clean, repair and maintain the ranch's pistols, rifles and other firearms used for range experiences, training and rentals• Run a scheduled maintenance program with round counts, service logs and parts replacement intervals• Diagnose and fix malfunctions on the range during experiences and classes, keeping downtime to a minimum• Track and order parts, tools and cleaning supplies, and keep the armory organized
Member support• Provide service, cleaning and minor repairs on member-owned firearms, including those stored in member lockers• Help members with optics mounting, zeroing, and basic setup and fit questions• Represent the Staccato brand with the same level of hospitality members get everywhere else on property
Compliance and security• Maintain accurate acquisition and disposition records and firearm inventory in line with ATF requirements for our FFL premises• Run regular inventory counts and support audits and inspections• Follow and enforce firearm storage, transfer and security procedures, including member locker check-in and check-out
Range partnership• Work with range staff, Performers and instructors so the right firearms are ready for each day's experiences, events and agency groups• Hold to The Staccato Standard: Respect, then Safety, then Standard, then Efficiency
