We are looking for a personable, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our Osakis team! We welcome both part-time and full-time applicants who enjoy helping others and want to be part of a team that values its employees, customers, and community. This position includes a Saturday rotation, offering an opportunity to work alongside your teammates to help serve our customers. 

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll help create a welcoming experience for our customers by assisting with everyday banking needs in person and at the drive-up window. Responsibilities include processing deposits, withdrawals, and other routine transactions, handling cash accurately, balancing your drawer, answering account questions, assisting with online banking and debit card needs, and helping resolve customer concerns. You'll also have opportunities to share information about our banking products and services while building lasting customer relationships.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys working with customers and as part of a team. Previous customer service, cash handling, or banking experience is helpful but not required. We're happy to train the right person! This is a great opportunity to develop new skills, expand your banking knowledge, and grow within the role.
