Chief Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the engineering team to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively

- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables

- Ensure technical accuracy and quality control throughout all phases of engineering work

- Maintain and improve engineering processes, standards, and best practices

- Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track

- Stay current with industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Chief Engineer or in a senior engineering leadership role

- Extensive experience with 399 standards and regulations is a must

- Strong technical background in engineering disciplines relevant to our projects

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines

- Professional engineering license or certification is preferred
