88 Tactical is looking for a dependable, motivated, and experienced Full-Time Line Cook to join our culinary team at the Founders Club, our exclusive members-only restaurant and bar.

Our 63,000-square-foot facility offers a unique combination of upscale dining, entertainment, fitness, and training experiences. The Founders Club features a full-service restaurant, bar, and private event spaces, providing an exciting and fast-paced culinary environment.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives both independently and as part of a team, and is passionate about preparing quality food. Whether you're executing our daily menu or helping deliver exceptional dining experiences for special events, you'll play an important role in making the Founders Club stand out.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, presentation standards, and quality expectations.
• Independently manage assigned kitchen stations while collaborating with the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Set up, stock, and maintain assigned kitchen stations before, during, and after service.
• Execute food orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining consistency during busy service periods.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, storage, and temperature-control procedures.
• Assist with daily food preparation, portioning, and inventory rotation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen leadership and fellow team members to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with private events, special menus, and other culinary operations as needed.
• Complete assigned opening, closing, and cleaning responsibilities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a professional kitchen preferred.
• Strong understanding of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen safety.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of taking initiative to complete tasks without constant direction.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and stay organized under pressure.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 pounds.
