LOCATION & SCHEDULE

Primary Location: Houston, Texas
Work Arrangement: On-Site
Schedule: Five days per week

Initial Training Travel: Houston-based employees will travel to California for training during the first three to six months, for weeks at a time, Monday through Thursday.

POSITION SUMMARY

Heartline Staffing is recruiting an Enterprise Account Executive for a business development position based in Houston, Texas.

The position is responsible for early- and mid-stage enterprise sales activities, including opportunity qualification, opportunity development, initial proposals, and sales quota attainment within assigned named accounts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee opportunity qualification, opportunity development, and initial proposal activities.
• Achieve assigned sales quotas within named regional accounts through engagement with executive decision-makers.
• Coordinate sales engineering, application engineering, and structured finance resources to develop qualified proposals.
• Collaborate with internal Centers of Excellence teams.
• Develop and manage an opportunity pipeline sufficient to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Map assigned accounts and establish relationships with key decision-makers.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction within assigned accounts.
• Ensure feedback from assigned accounts is properly captured.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS). REQUIRED
• Ten or more years of outside sales experience, including large-account direct sales in high-tech, facilities equipment, clean technology, or consultative sales industries. REQUIRED
• Demonstrated ability to develop solutions to objections and establish relationships with C-level executives, particularly in finance and operations. REQUIRED
• Demonstrated ability to develop projects exceeding $10 million and manage a multimillion-dollar individual quota with limited direct management oversight. REQUIRED
• Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and work with internal teams. REQUIRED
• Consultative selling skills. REQUIRED
• Ability to travel as required to cover an assigned geographic area. REQUIRED

ADDITIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Ability to develop and manage enterprise account relationships.
• Ability to grow and adapt as the organization grows.
• Ability to work under pressure.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA.
• Experience using a formalized sales methodology.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Data Centers, Commercial and Industrial sectors, or Enterprise Technology.
• Experience selling to large energy users, including sports stadiums and universities.
• Graduation from a highly regarded university.
