Iacofano's Catering & Events is opening a new production kitchen in Denver at 2171 S Grape St, and we are hiring Dishwashers. We cook for private aviation, corporate and event clients in a high-volume kitchen that runs 24/7. The dishwasher will ensure that wares for the kitchen are clean and sanitized.

Shifts: we run 24/7. Shifts start as early as 3:30 AM, with afternoon and overnight shifts available. Weekends and holidays are required. Full-time and part-time positions.

What you will do:

• Washing of all wares including pots, pans, cooking tools, and other culinary items by hand or with dishwasher
• Correctly placing and storing items in home locations
• Clean trash receptacles
• Help clean facility by mopping, wiping down tables, cleaning equipment and any other tasks
• Help put deliveries away
• May assist in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking and/or serving, as directed
• Ensures work areas remain safe, clean and orderly, adhering to all company, local and state guidelines
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand and walk for a full shift, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Able to lift, carry and place up to 50 lbs
• Able to bend, stoop and wipe frequently
• Able to frequently immerse hands in water
• Able to work in a hot and damp environment
• Able to work early mornings, overnights, weekends and holidays as needed

Preferred, not required:

• Dishwashing, kitchen, catering or food production experience
