Join Our Manufacturing Team - This Job is OFF THE CHAIN!   We are looking for chain press operators, at our Burlington, WI facility – no prior experience required. The right candidate is someone who enjoys a fast-paced, high-volume, production environment with a stable set of job requirements. This position is on 3rd shift working hours11:00pm-7:00am (Sunday night – Friday morning).

3rd shift 11:00pm – 3:00pm, Sunday night – Friday morning

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.72 per hour

Work Location: In person, Burlington, WI

   Requirements

• Performing machine adjustments (startup, running, shutdown) and parameter adjustments needed to maintain part quality and production targets.
• Performing minor servicing of the press, including, but not limited to feeding stock, spraying mold, and removal of stuck parts.
• Engaging in continuous learning of new skills and equipment to keep our process up to date and efficient. This includes cross training to gain skills in other departments, as well as training others within your work area.
• Recording and submitting accurate production and quality data.
• Contributing to our safe environment by following safety procedures and making suggestions.

Physical and Environmental Requirements

• Ability to lift 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand for the entirety of your shift in a manufacturing environment.
• Normal factory environment with exposure to dust, noise, and temperature variations (no controlled temperatures)

• Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to understand and use measuring devices.
• Ability to perform the job and meet production and quality targets on a consistent basis.
• Good attendance, dedication to work/company and ability to learn from mistakes.
