No experience is needed, because we’ll train you.

Pay + Production Bonus

You’ll start at $16.56 per hour with potential for a production bonus based on your performance. Bonus eligibility begins after your 90-day training period. As you learn the warehouse and build speed and accuracy, your bonus grows. Once eligible, your production bonus is paid every two weeks along with your regular pay.

Here’s what Order Fillers typically earn in bonus pay once eligible:

• After 90-day training period: averaging $1.15/hr extra, or about $92 more per paycheck

• 6 months: averaging $2.91/hr extra, or about $233 more per paycheck

• 1 year: averaging $3.50/hr extra, or about $280 more per paycheck

• 5 years: averaging $6.50/hr extra, or about $520 more per paycheck

Paycheck estimates are based on 80 hours worked per pay period. Bonus amounts are based on individual performance. Figures shown are historical averages, not guarantees.

New Hire Bridge Pay – Up to $800

While you’re training and building up to your production bonus, we’ll help bridge the gap. New Order Fillers can earn up to $800 in bridge payments during their first six months:

• $150 after 45 days

• $250 after 90 days

• $400 after 6 months

You must be actively employed on each payment date to receive that payment. Bridge payments are paid on your regular paycheck and are subject to applicable taxes.

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do

• Use pick lists to find and pull books from warehouse locations, and flag any items you can’t find.

• Carry books to your cart and place them in the correct tote for each order.

• Check that every order has the right items and quantities, and that the books are in good condition.

• Move from area to area with your cart, then push completed totes onto the conveyor.

• Meet team standards for quality, accuracy, and productivity.

• Help out in other areas of the department when needed.

What You Need

• Ability to walk for up to 8 hours per day, with breaks.

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

• Basic ability to speak, read, and write in English.

• Basic math and alphabetization skills.

SALARY DESCRIPTION
