Jake's Heating, Air & Plumbing is growing, and we're looking for a Warehouse Manager who knows how to take charge, stay ahead of the game, and keep a busy HVAC and plumbing operation running smoothly.

We're not looking for someone who just stocks shelves and orders parts. We want someone who takes ownership, anticipates problems, and makes sure our technicians have everything they need to get the job done.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the Warehouse: Oversee daily operations, inventory, organization, receiving, and distribution of HVAC and plumbing materials.
• Keep Crews Moving: Ensure service technicians and installation teams have the right equipment, parts, and materials when they need them.
• Stay Ahead: Monitor inventory levels, anticipate upcoming needs, and prevent shortages that slow down jobs.
• Manage Purchasing: Coordinate vendor orders, deliveries, returns, and purchase orders while keeping costs under control.
• Know Your Numbers: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct inventory counts, and minimize waste or unnecessary spending.
• Solve Problems: Handle missing materials, incorrect orders, and last-minute requests quickly and effectively.
• Improve Operations: Identify inefficiencies, implement better processes, and maintain a clean, safe, organized warehouse.
• Lead by Example: Set expectations, take accountability, and work closely with technicians, dispatch, and leadership.

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse management, inventory control, or purchasing experience.
• HVAC, plumbing, construction, or home service industry experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing equipment, parts, and materials.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Experience managing inventory, vendors, purchase orders, and deliveries.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and comfort using inventory management software.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
