JOB DESCRIPTION

Resicum International LLC is seeking an Aircraft Mechanic I – Avionics to support MV-22 O-Level aircraft maintenance operations at MCAS Futenma, Okinawa, Japan.

The Aircraft Mechanic I performs basic aircraft electrical and avionics maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, and repairs under the direction of higher-level mechanics.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with aircraft electrical and avionics maintenance.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical and electronic system malfunctions.
• Replace and repair aircraft electrical components as assigned.
• Support inspections and scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
• Use applicable testing equipment and maintenance tools.
• Follow technical publications, schematics, and maintenance procedures.
• Document maintenance work performed as required.
• Support higher-level mechanics with aircraft maintenance tasks.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Experience performing aircraft maintenance, electrical maintenance, or avionics-related work.
• Familiarity with basic aircraft electrical and electronic systems.
• Ability to follow technical instructions, schematics, and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to use common maintenance tools and testing equipment.
• Ability to work under the direction of higher-level mechanics.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site at MCAS Futenma, Okinawa, Japan.

Contract Contingency: This position is contingent upon contract award. Employment is dependent upon Resicum International LLC receiving the contract and the applicable task order proceeding to performance.
