JOB DESCRIPTION

Resicum International LLC is seeking an Aircraft Logs and Records Technician to support MV-22 O-Level aircraft maintenance operations at MCAS Futenma, Okinawa, Japan.

The Aircraft Logs and Records Technician maintains aircraft and engine logbooks and associated maintenance records. This position supports aircraft maintenance operations through accurate recordkeeping, data entry, records management, and administrative support.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain aircraft and engine logbooks and associated records.
• Perform data entry, retrieval, and recordkeeping functions.
• Review and correct errors associated with software, hardware, or data entry.
• Transmit and receive aircraft maintenance data through approved electronic systems.
• Extract data and prepare management reports.
• Create and maintain electronic archives, backups, and data saves.
• Support military deployments and detachment operations through records management.
• Prepare reports and correspondence related to aircraft maintenance.
• Perform database and administrative support functions.
• Maintain accurate and organized aircraft maintenance documentation.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Experience maintaining aircraft maintenance records, logbooks, or related technical documentation.
• Proficiency with computer-based data entry and information retrieval.
• Ability to organize, review, and maintain accurate records.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and perform administrative functions.
• Familiarity with aircraft maintenance terminology and documentation is beneficial.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site at MCAS Futenma, Okinawa, Japan.

Contract Contingency: This position is contingent upon contract award. Employment is dependent upon Resicum International LLC receiving the contract and the applicable task order proceeding to performance.
