Join a Brand-New Honda Team!

We’re getting ready to open the doors to our new Honda dealership this December, and we’re looking for a customer-focused Parts Counter Associate to join our team from the beginning.

This is an exciting opportunity to help build a new parts department, work with a respected automotive brand, and grow your career with an established automotive organization.

Compensation

$17.30 - $34.60 per hour equivalent

Approximately $3,000 - $6,000 per month, depending on experience, performance, and applicable pay-plan incentives.

What You’ll Do

• Assist retail and internal customers with identifying and purchasing the correct automotive parts
• Support Service Technicians and Service Advisors with parts requests
• Look up parts using catalogs and dealership systems
• Provide accurate pricing, availability, and order information
• Process parts sales, special orders, returns, and backorders
• Maintain organized parts inventory and counter areas
• Build strong relationships with customers and dealership team members
• Help support an efficient, customer-focused Parts Department as our new Honda store grows

Honda experience is a plus, but not required.

Candidates with parts experience from other automotive brands, independent repair facilities, aftermarket parts retailers, or related automotive environments are encouraged to apply.

What We’re Looking For

• Automotive parts experience preferred
• Dealership parts-counter experience is a plus
• Knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and terminology
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable using computers, parts catalogs, and inventory systems
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
