Financial Reporting & Operational Partnership

· Prepare and review monthly property financial statements and supporting schedules for Controller review and distribution.

· Assist with budget-to-actual variance analysis and provide clear explanations of material fluctuations in revenue, expenses, and net operating income.

· Collaborate with Property Managers and Regional Managers on account coding, accruals, corrections, and timely financial follow-up.

· Support annual budgeting, forecasting, audit requests, and owner reporting with accurate historical information and analysis.

· Manage and oversee all property-related accounts payable, ensuring invoices are accurately processed and paid in a timely manner.

Controls, Systems & Process Improvement
