Director of Broker Relations
Remote Worker - N/A
Job Type
Full-time
Description

Every charter operator wants to be the first call a broker makes.

But that kind of loyalty doesn't happen by accident.

It's built through relationships. Consistent communication. Showing up when it matters. Knowing what brokers need before they ask. And earning the kind of trust that turns one trip into years of repeat business.

That's where you come in.

As Director of Broker Relations, you'll be the face of Ventura Air Services within the charter brokerage community. You'll strengthen relationships with our existing broker partners, reconnect with brokers we haven't heard from in a while, and build new connections that create lasting business opportunities.

This isn't a traditional sales management role. You won't be managing a team, quoting trips, or setting charter prices. You'll be doing something just as important: building the relationships that keep our aircraft flying.

Some days you'll be catching up with a longtime broker over coffee. Some days you'll be at an industry event making new connections. Other days you'll be working alongside our charter sales team, reaching out to brokers who might have the perfect trip to fill a gap in our schedule.

You'll listen, follow through, solve problems, and make sure our broker partners know they have someone at Ventura who's always looking out for the relationship.

The aircraft get us in the conversation.

The relationships keep us in the business.
