Position Summary

This position supports daily dealership accounting operations, maintains accurate financial records, and assists with vehicle inventory, floor plan, and accounting schedule reconciliations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform routine accounting functions and maintain accurate financial records.

· Monitor and follow up on past-due accounts.

· Process new, used, and wholesale vehicle deals.

· Manage floor plan additions and payoffs; review and reconcile floor plan schedules.

· Review and reconcile new and used vehicle inventory schedules.

· Reconcile finance reserves, rebates, and other schedules as assigned by the Accounting Manager.

· Maintain organized records, follow established internal controls, and support other accounting duties as needed.

Qualifications

· Automotive dealership accounting experience preferred.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

· Team-oriented, professional, dependable, and able to handle confidential information.

· Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
