The Assistant Program Director will support implementation of SSVF policies and procedures, monitor program performance and service delivery, and work with the Program Director and SSVF team to achieve required grant outcomes. The position will partner closely with the Program Director and participate in community meetings and partnerships throughout the Boston and South Shore regions to strengthen coordination, referral pathways, and access to housing and wraparound supports.

- Support the Program Director in ensuring compliance with SSVF requirements, grant expectations, and VOAMASS policies, including regular file reviews and quality assurance activities.

- Communicate with the SSVF Program Office, technical assistance providers, VA partners, and other stakeholders as directed by the Program Director.
- Attend community meetings and represent SSVF as needed to strengthen partnerships, referral pathways, and coordination of housing, healthcare, employment, education, wellness, and other supportive services for veterans and their families.
