Russo Development is currently seeking an experienced Corporate Driver to join our team. The Corporate Driver will not only be responsible to drive the company executives and their families to their desired locations but will ensure the prompt delivery of urgent packages to the various properties and job sites owned the company.  

The candidate chosen for this position will be based out of our corporate office located in Carlstadt, NJ. 

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, professional, and punctual transportation for the CEO/COO
• Transport the CEO/COO to and from corporate office, development and construction sites, meetings, and other destinations.
• Maintain complete confidentiality regarding the CEO/COO schedule activities, business dealings, travel plans, personal matters, and company information.
• Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism at all times.
• Plan routes in advance and proactively monitor traffic, weather, road closures, construction and other conditions that may affect travel.
• Ensure the CEO/COO arrives at all destinations safely, comfortable, and on time.
• Anticipate changes to the CEO/COO schedule and adjust transportation plans accordingly.
• Remain flexible and available to accommodate last-minute schedule changes and unexpected needs.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of New York City, New Jersey, surrounding metropolitan areas, airports, hotels, restaurants, business districts, and frequently visited locations.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in immaculate condition, including cleanliness, fueling, detailing, and routine inspections.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, service appointments, inspections, detailing, and routine inspections as needed.
• Conduct regular safety checks and immediately report any mechanical or safety concerns.
• Assist the CEO/COO with luggage, packages, documents, or other items when appropriate.
• Exercise sound judgement regarding the CEO/COO privacy, security, and personal space.
• Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with the CEO/COO, family members, business associates, clients, and other individuals encountered while performing duties.
• Assist with occasional transportation needs for CEO/COO guests, family members, or other individuals as directed.
• Perform other transportation and executive- support responsibilities as requested by CEO/COO.
• Deliver packages and envelopes as requested by corporate business operations teams.

• High School or GED education
• Minimum Experience of 5 Years driving in NJ – NYC, Tri-state area.
• Prior Limousine, Corporate / Family Chauffeur experience is a plus.
• Must possess a valid drivers and license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to change a tire.
• Knowledge of NJ Routes and highways, and NYC
• Airport knowledge Tri-state area as well for the FBO’s at private airports.
• Professional, courteous, and friendly demeanor.
• Proactive self-starter and a team-player.
• iPhone or Android Savvy 
• Knowledge of Cardinal points.
