Pay: $23–$28/hour, based on experience
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday, 1:45 PM–11:45 PM
Shift Differential: Additional $0.50/hour

About the Job

Diamond Graphics is looking for an experienced Die Cutter Operator to join our production team in Ramsey.

If you've worked with Bobst, Brausse, Sanwa, or similar die-cutting equipment, we'd like to talk with you.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate die-cutting equipment.
• Make adjustments to maintain quality and production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot equipment and setup issues.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

What We're Looking For

• Experience operating industrial die-cutting equipment.
• Ability to perform machine setups and adjustments.
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to quality and safe equipment operation.

Experience with Bobst, Brausse, Sanwa, or similar equipment is valuable. You don't need to have operated our exact machines to be considered.
