Anesthesia Dynamics is seeking a relationship-focused Client Relationship Manager to oversee and strengthen client partnerships across Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR), and Management Services.

In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, helping drive client satisfaction, operational performance, reimbursement optimization, and long-term account success. Working hours will align with clients’ business hours in the Eastern or Central Time Zone. What You'll Do

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and support

• Identify opportunities to improve IDR processes, maximize reimbursement performance, and strengthen payer negotiation strategies

• Collaborate with internal RCM, billing, and management teams to gather documentation and information needed to support client initiatives

• Maintain effective communication regarding operational performance, payer trends, and key business issues

• Develop and manage efficient communication and data-sharing processes between clients and their affiliated entities

• Review end-of-month reports, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations

• Present performance insights, operational findings, and reimbursement opportunities to clients

• Address missing information and resolve issues to ensure billing accuracy and compliance

• Assist in reviewing and compiling timesheets for management clients

• Support staffing and recruiting efforts for management clients to help ensure operational success

• Manage multiple client accounts while balancing competing priorities and deadlines

• Foster a collaborative, solution-oriented partnership between clients and internal teams

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in client management, preferably in healthcare and RCM.

• At least 1 year of experience with anesthesia revenue cycle management (RCM).

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in interpreting reports, identifying trends, and implementing improvements.

• Ability to manage multiple clients and competing priorities effectively.

• Collaborative, solution-focused mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred

• Familiarity with healthcare payer systems, billing cycles, and operational workflows.

• Experience with practice or revenue cycle management systems/software.

• Proven history of relationship development and account growth.
