Heartline Staffing is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist in Sierra Vista, Arizona.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Evaluate and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Support patient recovery and improved communication through individualized treatment
• Collaborate with healthcare teams on care coordination
• Join an accredited acute care hospital serving southeastern Arizona

SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL
• In-person, hospital-based role
• Speech, language, voice, and swallowing caseload
• Collaborative, interdisciplinary care team

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assess speech, language, and swallowing abilities
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals
• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare teams on care coordination
• Perform other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Salary: $93,600 – $114,400

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a program accredited by the Education Standards Board or meeting ASHA certification requirements REQUIRED
• Meet the education and experience requirements for ASHA's Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) REQUIRED
• Current, unrestricted Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license REQUIRED
• CPR certification REQUIRED
• Strong communication skills and clinical judgment
• Acute care or rehabilitation experience preferred
