Rottler Pest Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team!

This role plays an important part in supporting our Accounts Receivable operations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the initiative to manage daily responsibilities while providing outstanding customer service.

Experience with a CRM System and Microsoft Excel is essential for success in this position.

 Key Responsibilities

• Process customer billing information and payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct collection follow-up and maintain consistent communication with customers regarding outstanding balances.
• Complete daily outbound calls and customer outreach through our CRM System.
• Manage administrative processes and reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Maintain accurate and organized customer account information.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support the overall Accounts Receivable function.
• Meet established daily productivity and outreach goals.

 Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience using a CRM system is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet established deadlines.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
