Description

Do you want to see your work COME TO LIFE on the shop floor? Do you want to BUILD machines that real people DEPEND ON every day? Do you THRIVE on solving problems with a TEAM that takes PRIDE in what it makes? Then Pearson is the place for you.

Founded in Spokane, Washington in 1955 with the first automatic six-pack carrier erector, Pearson Packaging Systems has spent 70 years designing and building end-of-line packaging automation: case erectors, bliss formers, case packers, case sealers, and robotic palletizers. With more than 25,000 machines deployed and 30 years of robotic integration experience, our equipment runs around the clock for food, beverage, personal care, chemical, and warehouse operations. We are privately owned, proudly made in the USA, and built around User-Centric Design. We watch how operators actually work, then engineer their struggles out of the machine.

Built with operators in mind. Driven by innovation. Focused on keeping factories moving. That’s how we work at Pearson. Are you ready to build what’s next?
