Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Project Manager for an on-site opportunity in Walled Lake, Michigan. This role focuses on managing commercial property restoration and reconstruction projects following fire, water, wind, and storm damage.

You'll oversee projects from start to finish, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while coordinating with insurance adjusters to ensure repairs align with approved scopes of work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Manage Large-Scale Commercial Restoration And Reconstruction Projects From Start To Finish
• Oversee Project Budgets, Costs, And Profitability
• Develop Project Schedules And Coordinate Subcontractors, Trade Partners, And Field Crews
• Manage Commercial Client And Property Manager Relationships
• Coordinate With Estimators And Insurance Adjusters On Approved Repair Scopes
• Ensure Projects Meet Quality Standards And Restore Properties To Pre-Loss Conditions
• Manage Project Timelines, Communication, And Construction Deliverables

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 5 Years Of Commercial Project Management Experience REQUIRED
• Experience Estimating And Managing Large Commercial Construction Projects REQUIRED
• Strong Knowledge Of The Insurance Restoration Process REQUIRED
• Professional Proficiency In Xactimate REQUIRED
• Proficiency In Microsoft Project Or Equivalent Scheduling Software REQUIRED
• Proficiency With Construction Management Platforms REQUIRED
• Ability To Manage Budgets, Schedules, Subcontractors, And Project Profitability REQUIRED
• Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment REQUIRED
