As we continue to grow our outreach and impact, we are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help amplify our mission, share our story, and strengthen engagement across the communities we serve. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to combine creativity with purpose while supporting initiatives that truly make a difference.


Responsibilities

  • Support planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics
  • Assist with promotional initiatives, product launches, and internal communications
  • Coordinate creation and distribution of marketing materials across digital, web, and print channels
  • Maintain and update website content and marketing collateral
  • Support social media scheduling, monitoring, and engagement
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging; proofread and edit content for accuracy and tone
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (designers, printers, agencies)
  • Track and report marketing performance (email, social, and website analytics); maintain CRM and marketing databases
  • Assist with marketing budgets, invoices, and purchase orders
  • Support field marketing initiatives, including on-site promotions, location-based marketing, and regional campaigns
  • Coordinate logistics for events, trade shows, job fairs, and sales or community events; provide day-to-day marketing support
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or a related role
  • Internship or hands-on experience supporting marketing campaigns preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Creative thinking with the ability to support brand messaging
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Additional qualifications include

  • Fluency in English is required; Spanish proficiency is a plus
