Trellus is looking for a Full-Time Sales Representative in our South Shore Long Island office. We believe the success of our business is in finding the ideal, driven, sales associates for a successful sales team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage their time effectively and strives for personal and professional growth; is a highly motivated individual with the willingness to learn from seasoned professionals. A resume should show the candidate has experience with customer service and consistent work experience. 

The candidate we seek will be responsible for working with a team to build the our customer base and help make Trellus Same-Day Delivery a household name. The candidate we are looking for should be a team player and sees the potential in our new business model and is excited for the opportunity to start at the beginning of something big.

 
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build our merchant partner list for Same-Day Delivery Service

Building Trellus MarketPlace Services

Lead Generation and Vetting

Field training and deliveries

Database Management and Development

Research, Data Entry, Office Work

Client Relations

Marketing Team Support 

The position will include both office and field time (min 2 Days in-office).

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Consistent Work Experience 

Customer Service or Sales Experience 

Strong written and verbal communication 

Excellent organizational and research skills

Must be highly-motivated, and creative thinker who can see the potential improvements to our new business model.

Strong team player who can identify other sales associates to build our company

Ability to handle sensitive and sometimes confidential company materials with discretion 

Knowledge about local Long Island communities

Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Bi-Lingual a Plus
