Capsule Operator Pay: $23.00/hr ($24.00/hr after conversion to permanent hire which is 90-120 days after hire date)
Capsule Operator Hours: 2 – 2 – 3 Rotation – 5pm - 5:30am (Work 15 out of 30 days!)

General Scope: Process Operator
Prepares and blends batch formulations composed of liquid and powder ingredients to feed capsule manufacturing equipment that meet all health and safety standards.
Capsule Operator Duties and Responsibilities:
- Machine Operating
- Cleaning/Sanitation
- Blending/mixing
- Quality Assurance/Control
- Mechanical aptitude; interest in taking things apart / putting together; “tinkering”
- Good multitasking and time management skills
- Moderate computer skills including data entry, excel experience preferred but not required
- Moderate math skills including basic math and addition, and converting percentages to decimals (basic math assessment will be required during interview process)
- Independently motivated and able to work alone or with others
- Willing to operate heavy machinery, open to the possiblity of becoming fork lift certified
- Many rooms require the ability to climb ladders or stairs and work at tall heights
- The ability to identify a variety of colors for quality purposes
Capsule Operator Requirements:
- Pass drug test and physical
- Pass a basic math assessment
- Pass a 50 lb lift test
