Treehouse Pediatric Therapy is looking to hire an experienced physical therapist to lead our PT team across our two clinic in Woodridge and Batavia. The Lead Physical Therapist will replace the founder and owner, as she transitions into management, mentorship and business growth of both clinics.

 
 

Treehouse Pediatric Therapy is a multi-disciplinary clinic that offers pediatric physical, occupational, speech, feeding, ABA, nutrition, and pelvic floor therapies to kids throughout DuPage, Kane and Will counties from two clinics in Woodridge and Batavia. We deliver these therapies through thirty dedicated therapists and an administrative team of six professionals.

 
 

Our Physical Therapy team offers treatments for gait delays, torticollis, orthopedic issues, developmental delay, brachial plexus injuries, neurological disorders amongst other diagnoses. Out PT team is unique in that we also offer pediatric pelvic floor therapy and is one of the leaders in the Chicagoland area for this type of therapy. Our owner has been practicing pediatric pelvic floor health for over eleven years now and has trained a number of other physical therapists in this specialized field.

 
 

The Lead Physical Therapist will be in charge of the PT caseload across both clinics and making sure PT clients are being treated with the correct protocols, client progress is being made, appropriate referrals to other disciplines are being made and therapists are documenting correctly and timely. The PT Lead will manage a small team of three PTs and be a part of our Leadership Team that meets weekly to help guide the clinic in client centric manner.

Requirements

 Treehouse Pediatric Therapy is looking for a candidate that has the following:

-  3 or more years of physical therapy experience in a clinic setting

-  experience with pelvic floor health or willingness to be trained in pelvic floor health

-  a client focused attitude 

-  willingness to supervise other physical therapists

-  experience with a vast array of diagnoses, including kids with ASD, torticollis, orthopedic injuries, developmental delays, brachial plexus injuries, neurological disorders and other pediatric related diagnoses
