HR Associate/Specialist
Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


• Employee document filing and New Hire Personnel file creation.

• Payroll  and payroll data reconciliation.

• Expatriate employee support (Payroll, Benefit, Automobile, Education…etc.)

• Month-end reconciliation.

• 401k and Health Benefits reconciliation.

• Background, E-Verify, and Form I-9 processing and administration.

• Assist with general Human Resources administrative duties related to hiring

• FedEx and standard mailing assistance.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Act as liaisons between the employees and management to answer any questions having to do with company policies, practices and regulations

• Research improvements, resources, and advancements for the Human Resources Department

• Coordinate company employee-related events and celebrations

• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

Knowledge and Skills:


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Professional demeanor on phone and in-person, strong communication skills

• Organized, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task

• Team worker, good attitude, energetic

• Initiative skills

• Problem solving skills

• Computer literate (Word, Excel PowerPoint, Outlook) 

• Familiarity with SAP preferred

• Payroll Experience with Paylocity - Plus

• MS Office skills (specially Excel skills)


Education and Work Experience:

• 3+ years’ experience in Human Resources exposure and/or administration/clerical work

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and/or related major
