Our Janitorial Department located in Albany County has a Full Time 40-hour Janitorial Operations Manager position available. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm* (which includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break). The rate of pay is $24.04-$26.44/hour, and this is an hourly non-exempt position. The Janitorial Operations Manager is responsible for providing direct customer service and support in conjunction with operational oversight of a network of supervisors and frontline staff.

- 18 years of age or older
- Have a valid driver’s license that meets WWAARC insurability standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Janitorial service industry experience is preferred.
- Servant leadership is a requirement as listening, awareness, empathy, and support of staff is of critical importance as culturally, WWAARC nurtures and proactively focuses upon ongoing development of all employees.
- Must secure and maintain all certifications and training required by WWAARC.
