The new VP, Process Chemistry & Manufacturing will be responsible for developing plant-based natural compound chemistry production capabilities, including manufacturing process, physical infrastructure, and hiring a high-performing professional team to support chemistry, isolation techniques, analytics, formulations and natural product development from ideas to production. This individual will lay out the foundation for our new proprietary plant-based bio-manufacturing process. This position will report to Chief Technology Officer.
The successful candidate will display a combination of an entrepreneurial spirit, innovative mindset and solid process orientation to develop bio-manufacturing operations that meet the standards of excellence expected by our customers.
