The IT Feild Technician is directly responsible for the overall maintenance of all IT equipment and systems
for JSC Management Group. This position is responsible for the management, strategy, and execution
of IT infrastructure for the organization. The IT Feild Technician will be working in our locations to dignose, install and repair network components and system hardware along with operating systems, and software
systems. As these systems contain sensitive and confidential information, this position is also
responsible for anticipating and eliminating security risks. The IT Feild Technician is also responsible for and
has a working knowledge of internet security, data integrity and data privacy practices.

The The IT Feild Technician will install,
configure, service, repair and maintain information technology systems. This position will require
on-site installation of camera systems and any remodel and new store wiring/equipment installation.
The IT Feild Technicianr manages multiple IT systems, programs, and resources, including but not limited to:
Restaurant Brands International (RBI) and Restaurant Services International (RSI) programs and
systems, all internal programs and systems, computers, phone systems, and camera systems.
The IT Feild Technicianr is responsible for ordering, configuring, and setting up new equipment and
programs and inventory and maintain all company-owned devices. They also order and maintain
equipment to prevent down time and loss of sales within the restaurant locations. The IT Feild Technician
sets up office equipment for off-site office and leadership personnel and on-site restaurant offices,
as well as on-site restaurant IT equipment. Equipment setup responsibilities include installing/re-installing POS
restaurant systems, digital menu boards (and connecting to the server), camera systems, phone
systems (and maintaining and performing installations and upgrades), workstation computers,
and necessary peripheral devices.
The IT Feild Technician installs application software and maintains functionality through updates and
patches on back of office computers and mobile devices. They set up new email accounts and
user accounts in the appropriate systems (i.e., POS access, phones, camera access). The IT Feild Technician
possesses a working knowledge of networking and mapping of systems to include routers, servers,
POS devices and printers. They have experience and familiarity with Windows, Office 365 tools and
Linux with a preferred ability to manage licenses and keys. The IT Feild Technician is able to understand, set up and
maintain networks.
The IT Feild Technician is responsible for troubleshooting existing equipment and programs for company
personnel. Additionally, they troubleshoot and diagnose system error messages.
The IT Feild Technician must be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion.
The IT Feild Technician may need to assist periodically with special projects as requested. JSC Management
