Plumbing Operations Manager

  • Planning and budgeting activities to include all functional areas of the  business: manpower, marketing, lead generation, sales, client fulfillment,  asset management, and finance 
  • Continuously identify opportunities leading to the improvement and  expansion of our business
  • Innovate new ways to recruit, train and motivate Plumbing talent for the  operation  
  • Identify best practices to increase profitability. Design and implement  them into processes in our businesses  
  • Identify new product opportunities to incorporate into our RISE sales  process

  • Be an exemplary leader managing with integrity in accordance with our  mission, vision, and values in all actions 
  • Your work will be performed in the timeframe agreed to with your General  Manager and with the quality you would anticipate in a world-class  organization  
  • Maintain budgeted gross margin contribution for the business  
  • Ensure departmental adherence to all Goettl standards  
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the business including all activities of the  service and installation departments 


  • Must have 10 years or more of plumbing 


Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.  Prolonged periods standing, climbing ladders, bending, and kneeling.
