THE POSITION:

Responsibilities

· Customer lead generation

· Successfully engage and consult each customer through the sales process to close each organic lead

· Coordinate with technician for same-day installation

· Work with team members and sales managers to ensure each prospect is taken care of to the highest quality of service

· Increase sales skills and experience through attending team meetings and training led by leaders with a proven track record

Qualifications

· Must be able to commute to North Raleigh, or willing to relocate

· Experience with phone sales, B2C, and a one-time close a plus

· High sense of business ethics

· Ability to clearly communicate and articulate in face-to-face customer interaction

· Resilience, able to take feedback in stride

· Ambition to grow and progress in both current and future roles within the organization

COMPENSATION

· Uncapped commissions: average salary $4K - $10K+/month

· Incentive based Company Vacations

· Production and growth bonuses
