Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages project risks, communicates with stakeholders, and ensures organizational objectives are achieved through effective project management practices.

 Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives.
• Monitor project progress and performance against established milestones.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and track expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate change management activities and manage scope changes.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-7+ years of project management experience (depending on level).
• Proven experience managing projects from initiation through completion.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or similar certification.
• Experience managing cross-functional and global teams.
• Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
