  THE SPA AT HOLBROOK NAIL TECHNICIAN SIGN ON BONUS1. Sign-On Bonus AmountThe Company agrees to pay Employee a one-time sign-on bonus in the gross amount of $500.00 (subject to applicable taxes and standard payroll withholdings).2. Payment Terms & Eligibility

• The $500 sign-on bonus will be payable upon the successful completion of ninety (90) consecutive days of active employment with the Company.
• Payment will be issued on the first regular payroll date following the completion of the 90-day introductory period.

3. Repayment Provision In the event that the Employee’s employment with the Company terminates between six (6) months and one (1) year from their start date, under either of the following conditions:

• Voluntary resignation by the Employee for any reason, or
• Termination by the Company for Cause (including, but not limited to, violations of company policies, failure to maintain required licensing, performance issues, or misconduct),the Employee agrees to repay the Company the full gross amount of the sign-on bonus ($500.00) within thirty (30) days of their final date of employment.

4. Payroll Deduction AuthorizationTo the extent permitted by applicable law, the Employee authorizes the Company to deduct any owed repayment amounts from their final paycheck or any other funds due to the Employee upon termination of employment. If the final paycheck does not cover the full amount owed, the Employee agrees to pay the remaining balance directly to the Company.

· Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with therapists and other spa staff to coordinate appointments, manage resources, and ensure a smooth, cohesive client experience.

· Attention to Detail: Meticulously attend to every aspect of the client experience, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations to foster loyalty and positive word-of-mouth.
