What YOU’LL do

You’ll be the Project Manager’s right hand and keep projects moving from kickoff to close-out:

• Build and own project schedules from start to finish
• Plan material take-offs and coordinate subcontractors
• Partner with your PM on project documents
• Help define subcontracted scopes of work and verify vendors
• Track material shipments so the right stuff lands at the right site
• Keep tracking spreadsheets up to date and compliant
• Watch the cost trackers so every project stays on budget
• Work through contract questions with guidance from your PM
• Make sure every Certificate of Insurance is complete
• Keep communication clear and flowing across the whole project
• Take the lead on smaller projects when the opportunity comes up
• Pitch in on other duties as needed, because great teams help each other

Leading the team

• Plan and organize tasks for team members, give clear direction, and assign duties
• Review work for accuracy and make sure it follows our policies and procedures
• Complete performance reviews as assigned

What YOU bring

• 2+ years in a role with large customer interaction (such as restaurants or rental cars) preferred
• Construction experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (required, because spreadsheets are your playground)
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred
• Ability to pass an MVR, background check, and drug test

Where you’ll work

This hybrid role is based at our Crowley, TX headquarters 3 days a week.
