 About the role  You’ll install, replace and repair tank and tankless water heaters in homes and businesses, serving all over the BAY area from Santa Rosa to South San Jose to Richmond area.. We’re looking for an experienced plumber who puts safety first and takes pride in great customer service. 

PLEASE Note: Weekly Tuesday Tech Meetings are held at our Richmond warehouse, and attendance is required.

What you’ll need

• 2.5+ years of plumbing or water heater installation experience (an apprenticeship counts)
• Strong communication skills with customers, team leads, Customer Service and Dispatch
• Ability to work on your own
• Comfortable using email and an iPad to complete job documentation
• Commitment to following safety procedures and company guidelines
• Willingness to keep learning and growing in the trade
• PREFERRED: CA HIS Registration

Driving requirements

• Valid California driver’s license. If you have an out-of-state license, you’ll need to get a California license within 30 days of accepting an offer.
• Insurable driving record, meaning few or no moving violations in the last 3–5 years
• At least 25 years old with 2+ years of driving experience (required by our vehicle insurance)

Service Area:  Our service area is all over the BAY area from Santa Rosa to South San Jose to Richmond area. Candidates should also have a safe place to park our company truck during off-hours.
